The event will be held on the 16 October in Sofia, Bulgaria, and its main goal is to help you hone your foreign business or start one.

The conference program will present a wide range of topics: ■ Aglika Sabeva-Tsvetanova of the European Commission Representation in Bulgaria will talk about the benefits and facilities for Bulgarian exporters of intra-community trade. ■ Veselin Iliev (Bulgarian Industrial Association) will paint a global picture of the presentation of the Bulgarian exporters and highlight its main engines. ■ You need more stability in the company’s activities? How to forecast a cash flow or obtain an ongoing funding? You want to foresee deferred payment to your partners? Anna Karshovski, the Director of the directorate “Business Development” will offer you a concrete solutions to these issues. ■ Sevdelina Damyanova (law firm Hoesmann, Germany) will speak about the legal aspect of international transactions. She will advise you on how to prepare yourself for negotiations and will explain the rules of international trade regarding the process of drafting contracts, will explain what are the differences between the types of contracts and agreements. Milena Videnova (Coface Bulgaria) will highlight the importance of proper management of commercial credit risk and will speak about the new perspectives opening up before export companies.
You will hear speakers from DS-Concept Factoring, BlackPeak Capital and Postbank. They will share the best practices in factoring, financing of companies through equity and banking solutions.
Four countries emerge as good markets for Bulgarian products: Germany, Poland, Romania and Turkey. The specifics of these markets will be presented by representatives of the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce, the Department for Promotion of Trade and Investment at the Embassy of Poland in Sofia, the Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce and the Turkish-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce.
